The Monstrous Pack includes 4 vibrantly illustrated Greeting cards, featuring various high-strangeness creatively incorporated into common holiday scenarios.
There’s the mutated Godzilla-like Snowman monster fighting a mechanical Ultraman-esque robot driven by Santa’s Elves, titled “Xmaszilla”.
Then there’s the familiar holiday dinner scene, only this time it’s Yetis who are eating roast-Human using an RV as their lovely table (“Yeti Family Dinner”).
Flash back to a time of life on the high seas, Santa is delivering presents by ship only to be momentarily interrupted by a giant Kraken attack, titled “Holiday High Seas”.
Lastly, there is the over-done trope of Rudolph being abducted by aliens and Santa mounting a war in the Northpole to get his reindeer back in “Rudolph’s Abduction”.
This is the first multi-card greeting card release since the original “Oddly Greeted” 10 card set, sold out 2015 and now in its second print run. “It was great to bring out a new card set, but you always gotta go bigger each time out, so for these cards I wanted BIG images that give you lots to look at. Besides, who doesn’t love the threat of giant monsters squishing you between their toes? Maybe that’s just me. ” said Oh Oozi, Founder of Puppy Grenade.
The Limited Edition MONSTROUS PACK greeting card set retails for $14, with individuals cards for $4.
